1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using https://krishnanaturals.co.in ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations in India, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Application Purpose & Description of Services

Krishna Naturals operates an online e-commerce platform offering 100% pure, natural, and raw forest honey directly to consumers. Users can browse products, create accounts, place orders, complete secure payments via Razorpay, and monitor delivery status.

3. User Accounts & Google Authentication

To enhance security and eliminate the need to maintain insecure passwords, Krishna Naturals provides Sign in with Google (OAuth). When logging in through Google, you authorize us to retrieve your name and email address to create your customer profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. We do not store full credit card or debit card details on our servers.
• In the event of a pricing error or unauthorized transaction, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to serviceable postal pin codes across India through reputed courier partners. Orders are dispatched within 24-48 business hours. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on location. For more details, refer to our Shipping Policy.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. Due to food safety standards, opened or consumed honey jars cannot be returned unless received damaged, leaked, or defective. Refunds for approved returns or cancellations are credited within 5-7 business days via original payment method. See our Refund Policy.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhuj, Gujarat, India.
