Frequently asked
Is Krishna Naturals honey pure and raw?
Yes. Our honey is 100% pure, raw forest honey that is never heated above hive temperature (below 35°C), so natural enzymes and pollen are preserved. It has no added sugar, syrup or preservatives, is lab tested, and is FSSAI certified.
Where does your honey come from?
It is wild forest honey from Gujarat, India, produced by Krishna Naturals in Madhapar, Bhuj (Kutch), in apiculture since 1977.
What sizes do you sell and how much does honey cost?
We sell glass jars of 250g for ₹249, 500g for ₹449, 1kg for ₹799. Current prices are always shown on our shop page.
How long does delivery take and how much is shipping?
We deliver across India. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 2–3 days within Gujarat, 3–5 days to metro cities and 5–7 days elsewhere. Shipping is free when your items total ₹500 or more (before any promo discount); smaller orders have a ₹100 shipping fee.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely by UPI, debit or credit card and net banking through Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Why has my honey become thick or crystallised?
Crystallisation is natural and a sign of real, unprocessed honey. Place the closed jar in lukewarm water for 10–15 minutes to make it runny again. Never microwave honey, and store it at room temperature away from sunlight.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Yes, any time before it ships: open My Orders, tap Need help? on the order and choose Cancel this order. For prepaid orders, our team approves the refund within 1–2 business days (the amount, minus the payment gateway charge, is shown before you confirm); it then reaches your original payment method in 5–7 business days. If your honey arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Do you supply honey in bulk or for businesses?
Yes. We supply raw forest honey in bulk to Ayurvedic manufacturers, retailers, hotels and for corporate gifting. Send an enquiry on our Wholesale page for a quote.
